These Solid Oak Pre-Finished (Lacquered) Flat Threshold Mouldings are of good quality and finish. Much easier to cut and fit than metal ones. No fiddly fixing mechanisms, or double sided tape that doesn't stick. Simply glue it down with translucent EverBuild Stixall, or equivalent. The real wood looks so much better than Oak effect metal ones that I have previously purchased. I did have to return one of the two that I bought, due to a noticeable defect in the wood, but got a return. I can recommend both the product, and the Seller.
